Candace Parker became the Assistant Director of Clinical Services at Loving Hearts Social Services in 2021. Ms. Parker spent 23 years in the New Orleans Public School System before joining Loving Hearts. She has worked as a Director of Student Support Services for the past 12 years, as well as a Family and Community Support Specialist, Counselor, and Special Education Teacher. Ms. Parker graduated from Xavier University in Louisiana with a Bachelor's degree in Education, a Master's degree in Educational Administration, and a Master's Degree in community counseling.

Ms. Parker is passionate about empowering youth and parents of special needs children to reach their full potential. Ms. Parker is dedicated to encouraging others to follow their passions and find their voice so that they can achieve their goals.
