Child therapy

Early & Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT) 

Is a service for individuals between 0-21 years of age. Only in combination with Children's Choice.


Children's Choice (CC)
Children's Choice Waiver is a Medicaid Home and Community Based Service Program that offers supplemental support to children with developmental disabilities who are currently living at home or who will be leaving an institution to return home.

New Opportunities Waiver Program (NOW)
Provides case management, family support, and training for individuals who are ages 3 and older and who are MR/DD.

Community Choices Waiver (CCW)
Provides case management, family support, and training, and environmental accessibility for the home or community to elderly or disabled adults.

 

Long-Term Personal Care Services (LT-PCS)
Provide regular support for unspecified activities of daily living for individuals.

New Orleans Parishes: Greater New Orleans, Jefferson, Orleans & St. Bernard
Northshore Parishes: Livingston, St. Helena, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, & Washington
Lafayette Parishes: Acadia, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, & Vermillion

Loving Hearts accepts insurance and private pay.
